Enrollment

Greetings in the name of Jesus! Thank you for your interest/enrollment in Agape Academy. 

Agape Academy is a church school raised up by God to produce a new generation of children.  It is built on three levels of authority; spiritual, parental and civil. Our goal is to be a support to the home, provide excellent facilities and Godly instructors for the development of Christian character and excellence in academics in the lives of the children entrusted to our care.  It is our desire to minister to the whole child; spirit, soul and body.

Admission Requirements:

  1. Interview with Administration.

  2. Agreement with our Philosophy and Statement of Faith.

  3. Agree to comply with the policies and procedures of Agape Academy.

Required steps for enrolling your children:

  1. Upon receiving an application and questionnaire for enrollment the registration fee ($175.00) must be paid.

  2. Policy manual must be read by parents and students and a standard of conduct agreement must be signed.

  3. Interview with parents and student by administration.

  4. Entrance Test (grades 1-5) new students only. Grade placement determined by administration.

  5. Former school records.

  6. Notification of acceptance or denial will be made by Agape Academy.

  7. (Deposit will be refunded only if we are unable to accept your child as a student).

Please fill out the enclosed forms and return to the Academy upon registration. All students new and returning will need an updated immunization record, social security card and birth certificate.  K3, K4 and K5 students will need to be 3 (K3), 4 (K4) and 5 (K5) years of age by September 1st.  First grade students must be six years of age by September 1st.

Tuition may be paid annually, semi-annually or on the 10-month payment plan, which will begin in August and end in May. If you have any questions regarding pre-registration, the financial forms or you would like to schedule your interview; you may contact the school office at 501-225-0068.
